Mediation is an ideal remedy if you wish to reach an amicable settlement and if you are willing to negotiate with the other party. A mediated solution enables you to preserve your relationship with the other party and resolve the issue in a confidential way. Through mediation, parties often get results within a few weeks and the costs are limited to a fraction of the costs in litigation. Ariani specialises in mediating labour, neighbour and business conflicts. Ariani can help restore communication between parties and find a solution that takes into account the interests of both parties. Ariani is an Mfn-registered mediator, which means she meets the quality requirements of the Mediators Federation of the Netherlands.
She is also a certified Court Mediator at the District Court of The Hague and supervises mediations that have been referred by the court.
Ariani Stretton has registered the following areas of law in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Dutch Bar Association: Employment law, Tenancy law and General Practice.
